Answers to Frequently Asked Questions
In short, you will get the photos that you like because you will be the one choosing them. At the end of the shoot, I have you quickly go through the photos and pick the ones that you like. The photo(s) that you choose are the ones that will be retouched and made available for download.
I do have a very high-quality photo printer and can certainly print photos for you, but it’s not something that is requested often. If this is something you need please mention it and we can work something out.
I typically do photo sessions on the weekends and certain evenings during the week. I have some scheduling software integrated into this website that only allows people to schedule photo sessions when I plan to be available. If you need something outside of those hours please contact me.
The final photos that will be downloadable by you will be 300 PPI, or pixels per inch. That is the industry standard for high print quality digital photos and thus will also work for social media. The actual size will vary depending on if any cropping of the image is done, but the final photos are typically 40-45 megapixels in size, very large.
The final photos you receive will also be retouched by me using various Photoshop techniques to make you look your very best!
Your photos will be available to download for 30 days after I email you. You can download them as many times as you like during that 30 days. After 30 days I will delete them, but I do archive them in case you need them in the future.
It usually takes a few days for me to edit and prepare your final photos. Once they are complete I upload them to this website, and I will email you with a link to your photos. I also place the images in a password protected area, so only you have the password. Your images will be downloadable in a single .zip file, for your convenience.
A model release is a legal release that is very common in the photography industry, and it allows the photographer to publish the images of the person being photographed in one form or another. In my specific case, it allows me to use the photos on this website and social media to promote my business. However, you do not have to sign the model release if you choose not to.
